Natalie graduated from RMIT in 2000 with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. She has over 20 years of experience in allied health practice, treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions from acute injury to chronic pain. Having worked closely with physiotherapists in private practice, she has a special interest in post orthopaedic rehab following knee and hip replacements.

She has provided myotherapy services for Melbourne Football Club, Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club and was part of the medical team for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games. She enjoys treating athletes from the elite level to weekend warriors to help them achieve their best results.]

Natalie utilizes a range of treatment techniques including massage (relaxation, remedial or deep tissue), dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, MET (Muscle Energy Technique) and joint mobilisation to help clients decrease pain, increase flexibility/range of movement, and improve overall wellbeing.

In her spare time Natalie enjoys an active lifestyle, reformer pilates, bike riding and walking. She loves cheering on her teams- Essendon Football Club and Melbourne Storm or attending the theatre shows or exhibition around town. She is also an avid TV watcher and is always keen for a chat about recommendations for new series to check out.
