Tim Paynter is a chiropractor with over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness field. He began his career with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and started working as a personal trainer while studying. After completing his degree, he went on to complete his honours in a study focused on chronic low back pain. This started Tim’s curiosity in treating and managing chronic pain.
