What is NAD+?
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme present in every living cell, essential for survival. NAD+ plays a crucial role in transferring energy from the food you consume to vital cellular functions, particularly in the brain. Additionally, NAD+ is necessary for deactivating genes that contribute to aging. However, NAD+ levels can decline prematurely due to factors such as lifestyle choices, diet, alcohol consumption, stress, and exposure to other toxins.
