Zero Tolerance towards Violence

A Message to Our Patients and Visitors

We understand that when you or a loved one is unwell, it can be a stressful and emotional time.

However, aggressive, abusive, or violent behaviour—whether verbal or physical—will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We ask that you remain calm and respectful during your visit.

Our doctors, allied health professionals, nurses and staff are here to support and care for you. They are trained professionals who are committed to treating every patient with compassion, courtesy, and respect. In return, we expect the same courtesy and respect to be shown to them.

Any form of abuse or threatening behaviour directed at our team or other patients will be taken extremely seriously. Should such behaviour occur, Reclaim Health reserves the right to immediately cease treatment, ask you to leave the premises, and involve the police if necessary.
